Service Agreement

1. Membership :
You cannot be under 18 years old.
You have to be able to understand English.

2. One account per member :
Every member is only allowed to have one account.

3. Anti SPAM Policy:
You agree not to send unsolicited bulk e-mail messages using our Service or mentioning e-mail address or URL that is maintained on AdsBetween server. Such action will result in immediate termination of your account. We will charge a $300 clean up fee to you. You will also be in violation to this Service Agreement and subject to legal action.

4. Privacy :
AdsBetween will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information to any third party.

5. Your relationship with AdsBetween :
By filling out the registration form you are applying to receive a service. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of the AdsBetween web site and its services. AdsBetween is under no obligation to offer its services to you.

6. Accurate information :
You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Service sign up form. This includes, but is not limited to providing false name or e-mail address.

7. Closing accounts :
AdsBetween reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without prior notice and forfeit your commissions for any of these reasons :
- Opening multiple AdsBetween accounts.
- Any kind of fraudulent activity.
- Sending unsolicited email or posting referral links on websites where they are not permitted.
- Any violations of this Service Agreement.

8. Modifications to Service Agreement :
AdsBetween reserves the right to change this Service Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties :
You agree to use AdsBetween at your own risk.
AdsBetween, its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur from the use of AdsBetween services.

10. Limitation of liability :
Without limiting the foregoing, AdsBetween MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE CONDITION, SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE AdsBetween FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
